Technical document management service and related deadlines
THE ADVANTAGES OF DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT ON A DIGITAL PLATFORM
All documents such as reports, certificates, drawings, cadastral plans etc. will be available in one place, all cataloged and always available for:
- Monitoring of the expirations of certificates such as FPC and mandatory adjustments to regulations.
- Historical archive of all the authorization practices of the properties.
- Verification of the conformity of the places with what is authorized from the Authorities.
Through userID and password you can access the area dedicated to you on our website and consult any document.
TECHNICAL DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SERVICE AND DEADLINES
The service plans to organize all the company’s technical documents on a page of the CED INGEGNERIA portal.
Access to the CED INGEGNERIA portal page can be done with two distinct passwords:
- an administrator password that sees all the documents entered;
- an operational password that can be limited in the display of content.
The documents on the portal page are generally inserted in pdf. They can be in dwg/doc/xls, if acquired from the documentation already in the customer’s possession.
The customer can at any time access his page of the CED INGEGNERIA portal and consult and / or download the documents present.
CED INGEGNERIA ACTIVITIES TO ACTIVATE THE SERVICE
- It collects from the customer all the documentation available on computer support.
- It collects from the customer a copy of the paper documentation available in A4.
- Photograph documents with formats larger than A4 at the customer’s premises.
- Inserts in the portal all the documents collected from the customer in macro-chapters
- Delivers to the customer a flash drive with the documents organized as an original copy for the customer.
CED ENGINEERING ACTIVITIES TO MAINTAIN THE SERVICE
- Inserts new documents provided by the customer.
- It maintains the efficiency of the server on which documents are available.
- It guarantees telephone assistance to the customer to retrieve documents.
- It maintains the efficiency of the portal where documents can be downloaded and consulted.
- Send an alert to the Customer every 6 months (January and July) on the nearest deadlines.
The service can already be activated, the maintenance service can be interrupted by the customer at any time.
CED INGEGNERIA is available for customer needs through the following additional services:
- scanning of large format drawings, updating the portal with them (jpg format);
- correspondence of the acquired drawings with the actual state of affairs;
- verification of the state of affairs in respect to the authorized state;
- laser scanner survey of the state of affairs and 3D and/or BIM rendering;
- realization of the plant P&ID and preparation of the documentation necessary to achieve the certifications accompanying the electrical and mechanical systems;
- planoaltimetric survey with drone, photographic documentation from above and of the facades with 3D state of affairs rendering;
- access to the authorities for the recovery of authorization documents;
- documents and procedures for any amnesty practice.
