The building is located in the central Piazza Matteotti of Bergamo, with a courtyard closed on three sides. The entrance to the property is lateral, it is accessed from the passage that leads to Tiraboschi Street.
In addition to the commercial ground floor, the building has 3 other floors occupied mostly by offices.
Project
The design of mechanical systems is aimed at achieving compliance with regulatory requirements on the rational use of energy and integration with renewable energy sources using a heat pump with high efficiency air- cooled condensation.
Air conditioning heating system is the latest generation of direct expansion of heat recovery refrigerant gas and variable volume of the refrigerant, better known as VRF
