Description
The project consists in the renovation of a building for production use with seismic adaptation and energy requalification.
The multidisciplinary of BIM has been developed in all its disciplines: the architectural model of the building, the model of the external areas, the structural model of the existing building and of the new raised structure made of metal carpentry, the mechanical/hydraulic model with insertion of heating, air conditioning, water and sanitary systems and controlled mechanical ventilation as well as the electrical model.
The project was developed by reconstructing the 3D model of the existing building and creating 5 different stage that reflect the different phases of implementation.
